This process will be done by a third party gemologist who will inspect and compare your diamond or jewelry purchase with the certificate and/or appraisal that has been issued. Upon final inspection, your item will be photographed digitally and placed in a sealed and stamped envelope. This will insure the customer that they are receiving the item as described on the certificate and/or appraisal.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Diamond on Net will provide you with a full refund within 60 days of shipping for Diamonds and 30 days for Pre-set Jewelry.
As an added courtesy to our clients, DiamondonNet offers a discount inspections, repair, cleaning, major steaming and even resizing on items purchased from us. We will even check your diamond's mounting and setting and retightened if necessary. All that is needed from you is to pay round-trip shipping.
